Bristol & London links up with Telewest Business and
reduces voice charges by 30%
25th May 2005. Bristol & London have teamed up with Telewest
Business to manage their telephone lines and calls using Telewest
Business’ Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) and Carrier Pre-Select (CPS)
services.
Bristol & London PLC has become the leading specialist
supplier of prestige only cars to the credit hire industry,
employing over 65 members of staff from their headquarters in
Bristol and boasting an extensive fleet including makes such as
BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche and Jaguar to name but a few. They are
the leading provider of prestige replacement cars to drivers who
have been involved in nonfault accidents.
Bristol & London needed to link up their head office in
Bristol with numerous home worker sites across the region but
previous line rental and call charges meant that costs were
escalating.

They will also utilise Telewest's Advanced SRS platform to
manage their inbound calls from non-geographic numbers such as 0800
to their central headquarters in Bristol.
