Frequently asked questions
BT are upgrading 30 million lines from their old infrastructure
onto a new network known as 21CN or 21st Century Network. Their new
network will be similar to our existing ntl:Telewest Business Next
Generation Network. BT's upgrade programme started in November 2006
in the Cardiff area. National mass migration starts in 2008 with
the aim of finishing in 2011. There will also be a migration of
